Terms and Condition - Skysail India

Prior to proceeding with any bookings on this website, kindly ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed, comprehended, and consented to all the terms and conditions provided by SkySail India (SSI) as outlined below. These terms and conditions are applicable to all services offered by SSI, encompassing but not limited to Aerial Joyrides, Charter Private Plane, Charter Helicopter, Yachts, Air Ambulance, Hot Air Balloon, and other services, whether accessed directly or through our agents. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and specific conditions mentioned on our website, the latter shall take precedence.

Payment

Full payment is mandatory for confirming your booking. Payments are to be made in INR through the available options provided by SSI. The booking will be considered confirmed only upon the successful payment of the specified amount. The payment covers costs for the aircraft, yacht, jetty, crew, and fuel. Incidental charges and costs for the transfer of goods and food items for rides will be borne separately by the customer.

Security Deposit

Clients are required to pay a refundable deposit, covering potential loss or damage, at the time of booking payment. This refundable deposit will be returned to the client after the event, deducting any applicable charges for damages caused to the ride vehicle.

Cancellation & Refund

Booked tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable. SSI operates as a travel information, scheduling, and transaction service and does not own, maintain, or operate any vehicles. All liabilities regarding travel, including cancellations and refunds, rest solely with the operator.

Changes or cancellations in timing or weather may occur due to various factors, including government clearance, bad weather, poor visibility, or non-availability of time slots with the operator. SSI is not liable for these factors, and associated liabilities are the responsibility of the actual operator.

In cases of bad weather, technical errors, or government clearance issues, rescheduling is free, subject to service availability. Cancellation, however, incurs charges as per the specified norms.

Check-in

Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. A government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry into the Airport/Port. Parking is the responsibility of the passenger as it is not available at the Airport/Port.

No Show

Gates close 45 minutes prior to departure, and late arrivals will be treated as No Show with no refund or rescheduling possible. Lack of original photo ID proof will also be treated as No Show with similar consequences.

No Entry

Passengers will be denied boarding if under the influence of alcohol or any sedatives or armed with any weapon. Compliance with port/airport/government guidelines is essential for boarding.

Regulations

Flying and sailing will strictly adhere to the current rules and regulations of the Government of India authorities. Aerial photography during air rides is prohibited by the Government of India. The route for joy rides, hot air balloon rides, or yacht rides is determined by the Air/Water traffic control of the respective Airport/Port.

Jurisdiction

SSI disclaims any implied warranties other than those where it operates its offices. SSI is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Indore (M.P.), India.

Enforceability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Miscellaneous

The Quotation/Pro forma Invoice is valid for seven days from the date of issuance. After booking through the website, confirmation can be made by calling +91-8349766866

While SSI prioritizes passenger safety, it does not hold itself responsible for any loss, injury, or death resulting from mishaps during joyrides, charter flights, jetty rides, yachts, or other booked rides.

All statements in the service availing form are considered final and true, and SSI assumes no liability if any statement is found to be false or hidden.

SSI is not liable for any injuries, health conditions, or emotional/physical conditions suffered by passengers during booked rides.

SSI facilitates easy access to reservations and, due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, will only process customer refunds if refunded by the respective operator. SSI is not responsible for refunds in cases where operators discontinue operations or fail to refund.
