Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Welcome to Skysail India (SSI)

Prior to proceeding with any bookings on this website, you are advised to thoroughly review, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Skysail India (SSI), including but not limited to Aerial Joyrides, Private Plane Charters, Helicopter Charters, Yacht Rentals, Air Ambulance Services, Hot Air Balloon Rides, and any other services accessed directly through SSI or its authorized agents. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific service-related terms mentioned on the website, the latter shall take precedence.

1. Payment Terms

1. Payment Requirements:

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking. 
  • Payments must be made in INR through the payment options provided by SSI. 
  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of the specified amount.

2. Payment Inclusions:

  • The payment covers expenses related to the aircraft, yacht, jetty, crew, and fuel.
  • Any additional incidental charges, such as transfer of goods or food items for rides, will be borne by the customer.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancellable. 

2. SSI’s Role: SSI acts as a facilitator for travel information, scheduling, and transactions. It does not own, maintain, or operate any vehicles. All liabilities, including cancellations and refunds, rest solely with the respective operator. 

3. Rescheduling: In cases of bad weather, technical issues, or government clearance delays, rescheduling may be provided free of charge, subject to service availability.

4. Cancellations: SSI is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by operator-specific factors such as weather conditions, government directives, or operational issues. Cancellation charges will apply as per the operator’s policies.

5. Refunds: Refunds will only be processed if the respective operator issues a refund. SSI is not responsible for refunds in cases where operators discontinue operations or fail to process refunds.

3. Check-In and Reporting Guidelines

Aviation Services:

1. Non-Refundable Bookings: Passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will incur a INR 3000 late entry fee.

2. Documentation: A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry.

3. Parking: Passengers are responsible for their own parking arrangements, as parking is not available at the Airport/Port.

Marine Services:

1. Reporting Time: Passengers must report 30 minutes prior to the booking time.

2. Late Arrivals:

  • In Mumbai: Late entry is subject to transfer boat availability due to limited jetty infrastructure. 
  • Other Locations: Entry may be permitted for late arrivals.

3. Documentation: A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for boarding.

4. No Extra Time: No additional time will be provided for late arrivals.

4. No Show Policy

Gates close 45 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals or lack of original photo ID proof will be treated as a No Show, with no refund or rescheduling available.

5. Denied Boarding

Passengers will be denied boarding if under the influence of alcohol or any sedatives or armed with any weapon. Compliance with port/airport/government guidelines is essential for boarding.

6. Regulatory Compliance

  • All flights and marine services operate in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Government of India and respective Air/Water Traffic Control authorities.
  • Routes for joyrides, hot air balloon rides, and yacht rides are subject to clearance by the respective Airport/Port authorities.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

1. Quotation and Pro Forma Invoice Validity  

   – The Quotation or Pro Forma Invoice is valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance.

2. Passenger Safety and Liability  

   – While Skysail India (SSI) prioritizes passenger safety and adheres to strict operational standards, it shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or  fatality that may occur during joyrides, charter flights, jetty rides, yacht experiences, or other booked services.  

3. Accuracy of Information  

   – All information provided in the service availing form is deemed accurate and complete. SSI holds no liability for issues arising from false, incomplete, or concealed information submitted by passengers.  

4. Health and Personal Conditions  

   – SSI assumes no responsibility for injuries, pre-existing health conditions, or emotional/physical distress experienced by passengers during the course of any booked activity. Passengers are advised to consult their physician if required and ensure they are fit to participate in the activity.  

5. Consent and Agreement 

   – By proceeding with the booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to SSI’s Terms and Conditions.  

   – You also consent to the use of your personal information by SSI and its authorized third-party providers for purposes necessary to facilitate your booking and related operations, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.  

These Terms and Conditions ensure transparency, professionalism, and clarity in the services provided by Skysail India. By making a booking, you agree to abide by these terms in full.
