1. VIP Darshans: VIP Darshan opportunities are subject to the directives issued by temple authorities and the State government.
2. Passenger Allocation: To ensure safe flying in mountainous terrain, Skysail India reserves the right to allocate passengers across helicopters based on weight capacity. Passengers traveling together may not necessarily be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
3. Fixed Flight Timings: Our Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour adheres to fixed departure timings for each destination. Passengers are required to report punctually as per the scheduled ETDs. However, Skysail India reserves the right to adjust or postpone flight timings one day prior due to weather or force majeure reasons.
4. Reporting Time: Reporting time at Sahastradhara Helidrome will be confirmed by our Dehradun team on the evening before the tour.
5. Weight Submission: Passengers must provide accurate weight information at the time of booking. Incorrect weight submissions may result in passengers being unable to board without refunds.
6. Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed only one baggage weighing a maximum of 5 kgs. Suitcases or large travel bags are not permitted in the helicopter.
7. Kedarnath Shuttle Service: Passengers will be transported to Kedarnath ji via shuttle services flights. Allocation in shuttle flights may vary, and passengers traveling together may not be accommodated in the same flight.
8. Tax or Levy Adjustments: Any sudden tax or levy increases by the State Government or temple authorities will be borne by passengers.
